Privacy
Araz Audio collects as little as possible. This page explains what we do with your information.
The software
Our plug-ins do not collect, track or send any data. Activation happens offline on your computer; your name and serial are stored only there.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the information needed to process your order (such as your name, email, country and payment details) under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.
Paddle shares with us your name, email address, country and order details, which we use to create and send your license, to provide support and, if you agree, to tell you about updates. We keep this information for as long as your license is valid and for our accounting records.
This website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep basic, anonymous technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and to keep the site running.
If you write to us, we use your email only to answer you. We'll only send news about our products if you've asked for it, and every message includes a way to stop.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to support@arazaudio.com.
