Activate The Tank
- Open The Tank in your DAW.
- Click the preset display at the top of the panel and choose Enter Serial Number…
- Type your name exactly as it appears in your license email, and paste the serial.
- Press ACTIVATE. The menu now shows Licensed to …. No internet connection needed.
Common questions
The Tank doesn't appear in my DAW.
Rescan plug-ins or restart your DAW, and look under the manufacturer Araz Audio. Pro Tools uses the AAX version; Logic uses the AU version; most other hosts use VST3.
My serial isn't accepted.
Type the name exactly as it appears in your license email. Upper/lower case and extra spaces don't matter, but spelling and accents do. Paste the serial rather than retyping it.
Do I need an iLok or an account?
No. The Tank is activated with your name and serial, offline, on each computer you use.
On how many computers can I use it?
On all the computers you personally use, for example your studio Mac and your laptop. The license is for you, not for one machine.
What happens when the trial ends?
The Tank keeps passing audio unprocessed, with its latency intact so your sessions stay in sync, until you enter a serial. Your settings are kept.
Is there a Windows version?
It's on the way, as AAX and VST3. Your serial will work on it too.
How do I uninstall?
Open Applications › Araz Audio and run Uninstall The Tank. It can keep or remove your activation and your own presets.
I bought The Tank but didn't get my serial.
